Austin-based business coaching firm seeking 2 high-capacity professionals to join our team as 1099 business coaches. You’ll coach inside an established firm using our $500,000 coaching system, 3,000+ tools, online training, NEW business assessment/business operating system, and sales process. This is a chance to grow inside a real coaching business with structure, standards, and support.

Compensation

• 50% of collected coaching gross profit you generate
• Average client value: ~$2,200/month
• Target book: 8-10 active clients
• Target coached revenue: ~$17,000/month
• Target contractor compensation: ~$8,000-$10,000/month

The Onboarding Investment To enter the program, there is a 5700 onboarding investment. This covers your 5 day training to become a certified business coach, onboarding into our coaching system, training, tools, resources, and platform so you can begin delivering within the firm using a proven model rather than trying to build one from scratch. We are direct about this because we are not looking for casual interest. We are looking for serious professionals willing to invest in stepping into a real coaching platform with standards, structure, and support.

Compensation

This is a 1099 contractor role. Compensation is 50% of collected coaching gross profit (GP on coaching revenue is 90%) on the clients you coach. Our average coaching engagement is approximately $2,200/month per client. With a target portfolio of 8-10 active clients, that equals approximately:

• $17,000/month in coached revenue
• $8,000/month in contractor compensation
