About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Educational Content Developer to join our dynamic team at Itlearn360. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging educational content across various digital platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of instructional design principles, multimedia integration, and current e-learning trends. The Educational Content Developer will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technical teams to create compelling learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-learning content development, instructional design, or digital education is preferred. Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms is essential. Strong skills in multimedia production, including video editing, graphic design, and audio integration, are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas is also advantageous.
Responsibilities
Develop and design high-quality, interactive e-learning content aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and understand content requirements. Use instructional design best practices to create engaging learning modules, assessments, and multimedia elements. Ensure all content is accessible, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and platforms. Regularly review and update existing courses to incorporate new information and improve learner engagement. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital content issues. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital education to continually enhance learning experiences. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative educational strategies and solutions.
