Key Responsibilities
As an essential member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for the following duties: Data Entry & Maintenance: Enter, update, and maintain records in company databases and systems with a target accuracy rate of 100%. You'll work with various data types including customer information, transaction records, inventory data, and operational metrics. Document Typing: Type reports, correspondence, memos, and other documents as directed by management. This includes formatting documents according to established templates and brand guidelines. Data Verification: Cross-reference entered data against source documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Identify and correct any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data. File Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain digital files in a logical, accessible manner. Ensure proper naming conventions and folder structures are followed. Quota Management: Meet or exceed daily and weekly data entry and typing targets while maintaining quality standards. Track and report productivity metrics. Team Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incomplete or unclear information. Ask clarifying questions when needed and provide timely updates on task completion.
