You'll work with a range of customers, from those seeking simple password resets to those requiring more complex troubleshooting. Our team uses a variety of tools and scripts to ensure that every interaction is efficient, effective, and customer-centric.
Key Night Shift Responsibilities
* Respond to customers via live chat using professional, supportive written communication
- Use provided templates and internal tools to resolve issues in real-time
- Keep up with multiple chat windows during periods of high activity
- De-escalate frustrated customers calmly and effectively using tone and empathy
- Log each chat accurately for handoff to the day team if needed
- Maintain awareness of overnight protocols and handle basic system checks where required
