Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it.
  • Handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolution rate.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary, and maintaining detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our system.
  • Collaborating with team members and management to improve customer service practices, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Staying updated on company products, policies, and updates to ensure consistent information delivery and provide accurate support to our customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, we're looking for individuals with:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment.
  • Remote work experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Experience in technology or telecommunications sectors is a plus, but not necessary.

Working Hours

As a Full Stack Chat Support Representative, you'll work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), with flexible shift availability, including weekends and holidays. We offer multiple shift windows to accommodate various time zones, ensuring that you can work in a schedule that suits your needs.
