Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need, when they need it.
- Handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolution rate.
- Troubleshooting customer issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary, and maintaining detailed and accurate records of all interactions in our system.
- Collaborating with team members and management to improve customer service practices, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
- Staying updated on company products, policies, and updates to ensure consistent information delivery and provide accurate support to our customers.
