Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our property management division, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents, while also assisting our Property Managers with administrative tasks and regulatory compliance. If you're a self-motivated, personable, and team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business and our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Live answering all inbound calls for our property management division during normal office hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pre-screening inbound calls based on motivation level and property details, with the goal of scheduling appointments and driving business growth.
  • Fulfilling tasks as requested by our Property Managers, including entering calls into our system and routing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Monitoring regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management, ensuring that we're always operating in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and execute each effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a focus on telephone experience (ideally in a fast-paced environment).
  • A self-motivated and personable approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, prospective residents, and internal stakeholders.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the company, with a focus on developing your skills and expertise in the residential real estate and property management industry.
