Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Scheduling, you will be responsible for:
- Training and Development: Actively participate in the training of all Customer Service personnel, including new hires, to ensure a high level of knowledge and expertise in our processes and procedures.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails from patients, Respiratory Therapists, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information to resolve scheduling conflicts and address patient concerns.
- Scheduling: Make outbound phone calls to schedule patients' appointments, including reminder appointment calls, to ensure seamless communication and minimize scheduling conflicts.

Essential Qualifications
