Your Core Responsibilities
As a Text-Based Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries through live chat and email using a browser-based dashboard
- Resolving order issues, subscription updates, and billing concerns using templates
- Escalating technical issues to Tier 2 teams when needed
- Maintaining accurate summaries for each conversation
- Delivering consistent, friendly communication across multiple tickets
