We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Union Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our remote team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other perks.
- Working closely with union associations to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for our clients.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to our clients.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach that prioritizes the needs of our clients.
Requirements for Consideration
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Flexible hours to accommodate our remote work environment.
- Fluent English language skills (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required).
- Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
