Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in our systems and procedures
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a commitment to full attendance during the paid 3-week training period
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet is required; mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible)
  • A personal device with a functioning camera, required for the training period

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and practices, are highly valued. Spanish bilingual skills are also a plus.
