Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service and Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital platforms, providing accurate and timely solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assisting customers with order tracking, product information, and issue resolution, while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints by providing accurate and timely solutions, and updating customer accounts and records with relevant details following each interaction.

- Meeting performance metrics, including response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores, while adapting quickly to new systems and tools.
- Utilizing customer service tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in written English with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with customer service tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is preferred.
