Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team, working 80% outbound and 20% inbound. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote our products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective sales support
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor our services to meet their requirements
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
