We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, conflict resolution, and automotive industry expertise.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus! Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
- Reliable and secure internet access, as well as a conducive and quiet workspace with minimal distractions.
- Location in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry software and systems, including labor guides and part pricing.
- Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
