Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls. Your duties will include:
- Conducting calls with customers in a professional and empathetic manner

- Assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
