• Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls, creatively problem-solve, and quickly assess customer needs to provide sound solutions.
• Document details of all calls and customer interactions, managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously.

Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor.
