Join Our Team
We're seeking experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our team in a work-from-home (WFH) setting in Connecticut. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the frontline representative and image of arenaflex, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing personalized attention and exceptional care to our passengers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
- High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
- A quiet workspace within your home free of distractions to take incoming calls
- Residency in the State of Connecticut
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a similar role or industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
