Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experience, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and standards
  • Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, adapting to changing projects and updates as needed
  • Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • High level of professionalism, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated and private workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for helping others and achieving goals
  • Spanish Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in Spanish

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is also a plus.
