Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our members receive exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our service offerings and policies
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's service offerings and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support to customers
Essential Qualifications
* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a related field
- 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience
- Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35wpm or more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience working in a fast-paced contact center environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
