Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our members receive exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our service offerings and policies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's service offerings and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

  • 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a related field
  • 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 35wpm or more
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Experience working in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
