Job Summary
We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Benefits Representative. In this role, you'll work closely with existing and prospective clients, providing outstanding service and product knowledge to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Benefits Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's products and services to existing clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
