Job Overview
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll assist customers with troubleshooting Apple products, provide clear and accurate information about product features and technical support, and resolve customer issues effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements
