Job Summary
As a Seasonal Retail Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, building brand loyalty, and creating owners of arenaflex products and services. You'll be the go-to expert for customers, providing personalized solutions and recommendations that enrich their lives. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by seeking to understand customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that meet their needs.
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes, ensuring you're always knowledgeable and informed.
- Support your peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge, assisting with ownership opportunities, and maintaining accuracy and following guidance.
- Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.
- Demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications
* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
- Reliable attendance, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
