Job Summary

As a Retail Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to arenaflex customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that enrich their lives. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in a fast-paced retail environment. If you're curious, enthusiastic, and passionate about technology, we want you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service by seeking to understand customers' needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services that meet their needs.

  • Understand and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Support your peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge and expertise, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
  • Maintain accuracy and follow guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.

  • Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and effectively communicate them.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, often supporting multiple customers at the same time.

  • Ability to learn about and deepen understanding of arenaflex products and services, as well as third-party products, to enhance the customer experience.
