Job Description: As an Experienced Customer Service Representative III at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Managing lower-volume databases: You'll be responsible for receiving and entering customer orders by scheduling deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all private patients, facilities, homecare, and hospice providers through multiple computer databases. * Facilitating direct-to-patient ordering: You'll assist team members at the CSR 1 and CSR 2 levels with advice, escalations, and spikes in workload volume, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and effectively. * Assisting team members: You'll provide guidance and support to team members at the CSR 1 and CSR 2 levels, helping them to resolve customer issues and improve their overall performance. * Prioritizing orders: You'll prioritize orders based on urgency and contractual obligations, ensuring that critical orders are processed promptly and efficiently. * Acting as a liaison: You'll act as a liaison to customers on equipment troubleshooting, providing clear and concise information to help resolve issues. * Transferring phone calls: You'll transfer phone calls with professionalism and/or communicate clear messaging via email to proper employees, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. * Escalating orders: You'll escalate orders to CS Leadership when necessary, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly and effectively. * Representing the Company: You'll represent arenaflex by adhering to policies, standard procedures, and standards of conduct, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Associate degree or relevant work experience: You'll have a strong foundation in customer service, with a degree in a related field or relevant work experience. * Data analysis and reporting: You'll be able to disseminate, analyze, and report data, using this information to inform your decision-making and improve customer service outcomes. * Multi-tasking and problem-solving: You'll be able to multi-task and solve problems with professionalism, using your critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues. * Strong attention to detail: You'll have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. * Superior communication and interpersonal skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership, using your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts. * Strong organizational and time management skills: You'll be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines, ensuring that customer service outcomes are consistently met. * Ability to lead others: You'll have the ability to lead others, providing guidance and support to team members at the CSR 1 and CSR 2 levels. Shift Information: This is a remote position, with a schedule of 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm CST, Monday thru Friday. You'll be working independently, using your own equipment and software to manage customer orders and provide customer service.
