Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as part-time remote Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, and resolving travel-related issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries: Handle customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner, ensuring every interaction embodies the arenaflex experience.
  • Assist with reservations and ticketing: Provide support for customers with reservations, ticketing, and flight modifications, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Resolve travel-related issues: Assist customers with cancellations, delays, and baggage concerns, providing empathetic and effective solutions.
  • Uphold arenaflex's commitment to excellent service: Create positive customer interactions, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Stay informed about arenaflex's policies and procedures: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's policies, promotions, and procedures to provide accurate information and exceptional service.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in customer service or travel are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: You'll need to thrive in a dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Prior experience in customer service or travel: While not required, prior experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications: You'll need to be proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States: You must be authorized to work in the United States to be considered for this role.
