Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.

  • Assist passengers with booking, rebooking, and canceling flights, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Provide information regarding flight schedules, fares, and amenities, helping customers make informed decisions about their travel plans.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
