Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field - Knowledge of Kia products and services - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Certification in customer service or a related field
