Experienced Full Stack Customer Line A/C Manager II – A220 Aircraft Management

Your Role

As a Customer Line A/C Manager II, you'll be responsible for the folio management of assigned aircraft during the production and flight test phase. You'll analyze and steer new issues found during the assembly process, identify critical points, and initiate action plans to ensure timely resolution. Your expertise will be essential in driving production milestones and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage folio points for assigned aircraft, ensuring timely resolution and closure of issues

• Analyze and steer new issues found during the assembly process, including non-conformities, customer findings, and flight line issues
• Identify critical points and initiate action plans to ensure timely resolution
• Lead daily A/C review meetings and assign priorities to the MFT team
• Function as the L2 link to feed escalations to the ACM IIIs, ensuring proper documentation and information sharing
• Generate daily MSN Reports (folio points analysis) and highlight priority topics
• Prepare and conduct FOT meetings, ensuring on-time closure of all folio points and non-conformities
• Document, follow, organize, and manage all non-conformities throughout the flowline/flight line process
• Drive closure of issues in collaboration with all relevant parties to ensure production milestones are met
• Establish and cultivate relationships with internal and external customers

Your Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5 or more years of working experience in aviation-related fields
• 2 or more years of working experience in an Aircraft Manager role within arenaflex or in a leadership role
• Preferred: 1-3 years of working experience in a leading role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
