Job Summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Department Support professional with 1+ years of experience to support a healthcare payor client. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, data entry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft suite. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, make decisions quickly, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and initiate telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and concise information
- Enter data into various systems, utilizing Microsoft suite (Excel and Word)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment
- Experience in telephone and email outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel and Word)
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Experience working in a healthcare payor client environment
