Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our regional marketing department, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of backorder management, including weekly reporting, customer communication, sales force liaison, and emergency escalation allocation. Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Weekly Backorder Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and timely weekly backorder reports to keep stakeholders informed of product availability and allocation.
- Customer Communication: Create and circulate customer letters to inform them of backordered products and provide substitute options.
- Sales Force Liaison: Collaborate with the sales force to resolve customer order inquiries and provide substitute products.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Work closely with the supply chain team to manage global allocation quantities and projected allocations.
- Emergency Escalation Allocation: Develop and implement emergency escalation allocation plans to ensure timely delivery of critical products.
- Portal Maintenance: Maintain and update the customer portal to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field: A degree in marketing, supply chain, or a related field is required for this role.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, supply chain, or customer service: We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in marketing, supply chain, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and resolve customer inquiries.
- Analytical skills: You'll need to have basic analytical skills to develop and maintain accurate and timely reports.
- Data entry and SFDC software experience: Familiarity with SFDC software and data entry is required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field: A master's degree in marketing, supply chain, or a related field would be beneficial for this role.
- Certifications in marketing, supply chain, or customer service: Certifications in marketing, supply chain, or customer service would demonstrate your expertise and commitment to the field.
- Experience with CRM software: Experience with CRM software would be beneficial for this role.
