Job Summary

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping our clients navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adapting to changing projects and updates as needed
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • High level of comfort with technology, including CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, with a high level of proficiency in both speaking and writing

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and practices
  • Familiarity with health insurance terminology and concepts, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field
