What We're Looking For

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience * Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems * Basic typing skills and strong written communication skills * Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple systems and programs to manage

Earning Potential

As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for submitting invoices and receiving payment for completed services. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives, depending on the opportunity and your level of performance.

Technology Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet our basic technology requirements, which include: * A Windows-based computer or laptop * A reliable internet connection * A quiet workspace with minimal distractions * A headset or earbuds with a microphone * A dedicated phone line or a reliable mobile phone Please note that some clients may require additional security measures and technology equipment, and that our systems are not currently compatible with Mac or Chromebook.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps: * Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check * Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor * Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement * Complete a W9 form * Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to starting work.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose when and how often you commit to servicing our clients. Client call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST, with some clients offering 24/7 call availability.
