As a key member of our National Campaigns Unit, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients during the critical Fall Proxy season. Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to their inquiries, and assisting them with voting processes. You'll work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth and successful proxy season, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Your primary goal will be to provide clear and concise information, address shareholder concerns, and ensure that our clients receive the necessary votes to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to shareholder inquiries via phone, email, and other forms of communication

  • Provide clear and concise information about voting processes, proxy materials, and other related topics
  • Assist shareholders with voting online, by mail, or phone
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues and concerns
  • Work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth and successful proxy season
  • Maintain accurate records of shareholder interactions and voting results
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment
  • Minimum of 6 months of outbound call experience within the last 24 months
  • Experience persuading customers to complete a task (e.g., sale, payment, upgrade)
  • Clear and professional speaking voice
  • Ability to read and interpret call scripts verbatim
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with affluent customers or in a similar customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with proxy season processes and shareholder communications
  • Knowledge of voting procedures and regulations
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
