As a Customer Systems Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of arenaflex's customers. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and Java-based technologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to arenaflex's coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that code meets arenaflex's quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Java-based technologies such as Spring, REST, and multi-threading
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts, with experience in building and deploying large-scale data systems
• Experience in architecting and designing distributed systems, including synchronous programming and coding data structures
• Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices, with experience in building and deploying secure and reliable systems
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers, with a strong focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions

• Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures
