Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through phone, email, or live chat. You'll be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with orders, returns, and account questions. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
