Requirements

* High school diploma or GED; additional education in communications or customer service is a plus

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required, as arenaflex offers full training
  • Proficient with computers and capable of learning arenaflex's internal booking systems
  • Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and availability for shifts including nights and weekends
