Job Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting with booking reservations, answering travel-related inquiries, resolving ticketing issues, and providing guidance to ensure an enjoyable and hassle-free travel experience. You'll work closely with team members and utilize advanced customer service tools to deliver the high standard of support arenaflex is known for worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats to assist customers with reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and schedule changes.

  • Provide clear, professional, and courteous responses to customer inquiries about flights, policies, loyalty programs, and special services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve travel issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Assist passengers with online check-in processes, baggage policies, and travel requirements.
  • Communicate airline procedures and policies to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Manage and update passenger records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery for passengers with special needs or unique travel requests.
  • Meet performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and service quality standards.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or travel industry certification is a plus.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required – we provide training for motivated candidates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (bilingual abilities are a plus).
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
