Key Responsibilities

* Provide a fun, happy, and exciting environment for our customers while taking orders

  • Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image
  • Get into the action and make the perfect product all the time
  • Respond to live chat messages in a timely and effective manner
  • Answer customer questions and provide sales links and discounts as needed
  • Work independently and follow instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilize a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and device with social media and website chat functionality
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
