Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Service Representative Agent Work From Home - National & Local Paid Focus Group Panelists, your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
• Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
• Showing up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
• Participating in online or in-person discussions, as preferred
• Providing honest feedback on products and services, and reviewing and using new products or services before they are released to the public

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection
• The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
