Responsibilities

As a Senior/Manager, Omni Customer Enablement & Syndication, you will be responsible for:

  • Prioritizing and executing timely new item set up and syndication of GDSN product information and digital shelf content to key customers: You will work closely with our managed services partner to ensure flawless execution of customer syndication, leveraging your expertise in Salsify workflows and Syndigo to drive seamless digital shelf content publishing and auditing.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency in both GDSN and content syndication workflows: You will conduct regular process reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Partnering closely with managed services partner to ensure flawless execution of customer syndication: You will work collaboratively with our partner to ensure that customer syndication is executed flawlessly, meeting our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for the Sales team and eCommerce Managers to review GDSN submissions and digital shelf optimizations: You will serve as the primary point of contact for our Sales team and eCommerce Managers, providing guidance and support on GDSN submissions and digital shelf optimizations.
  • Conducting regular customer audits and tracking compliance to ensure completeness of customer GDSN submissions and product pages: You will conduct regular audits to ensure that customer GDSN submissions and product pages are complete and accurate, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Using project management tools to track ongoing syndication progress: You will utilize project management tools to track syndication progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and customers are satisfied.
  • Defining best practices for managing digital assets in Salsify for increasing usability: You will develop and implement best practices for managing digital assets in Salsify, ensuring that our digital assets are easily accessible and usable.
  • Leading the data gap audit process to ensure data integrity and of master data: You will lead the data gap audit process, ensuring that our master data is accurate and complete.
  • Conducting regular content gap analyses, customer requirement reviews, and SKU prioritization to inform content production priorities: You will conduct regular content gap analyses, customer requirement reviews, and SKU prioritization to inform content production priorities, ensuring that our content is relevant and effective.
  • Holding teams accountable to product life cycle deadlines across stakeholders: You will work closely with our teams to ensure that product life cycle deadlines are met, holding teams accountable for their deliverables.
  • Leading integration between DAM system and Salsify, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the secure and efficient transfer of our digital assets: You will lead the integration between our DAM system and Salsify, ensuring that our digital assets are transferred securely and efficiently.
  • Training team members on how to effectively use Salsify catalog, access assets: You will provide training to team members on how to effectively use Salsify catalog and access assets, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Hosting trainings to ensure team workflows have visibility and drive closer integration with cross-functional partners and stakeholders: You will host trainings to ensure that team workflows have visibility and drive closer integration with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Leading Data Governance SteerCo to ensure we fulfill all customer requirements, data gaps, attribute needs to successfully syndicate: You will lead the Data Governance SteerCo, ensuring that we fulfill all customer requirements, data gaps, and attribute needs to successfully syndicate.
  • Serving as key liaison between digital shelf content production and customer teams to ensure compliance across top customers: You will serve as the key liaison between our digital shelf content production and customer teams, ensuring compliance across top customers.
  • Supporting the Digital Shelf Content team in developing and executing industry-leading content strategies: You will support the Digital Shelf Content team in developing and executing industry-leading content strategies, ensuring that our content is relevant and effective.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong working experience in Salsify, Syndigo, and 1WS: You will have a proven track record of working with these tools, leveraging your expertise to drive seamless digital shelf content publishing and auditing.
  • Ability to manage both high-level conversations and low-level details: You will be able to manage both high-level conversations and low-level details, ensuring that our customer needs are met and our processes are efficient.
  • Experience in data governance and content compliance: You will have a strong understanding of data governance and content compliance, ensuring that our data is accurate and complete.
  • Proven track record in project management and process improvement: You will have a proven track record of managing projects and improving processes, ensuring that our workflows are efficient and effective.
  • Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and data quality issues: You will have strong analytical skills, able to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions to improve data quality.

  • Experience in eCommerce and digital marketing: You will have a strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing, ensuring that our content is relevant and effective.
  • Familiarity with GDSN and digital shelf strategies: You will have a strong understanding of GDSN and digital shelf strategies, ensuring that our content is compliant and effective.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management tools: You will have a strong understanding of customer relationship management tools, ensuring that our customer relationships are strong and effective.
