About the Internship

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and correspondence
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide personalized support to clients, including answering questions and addressing concerns

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of study abroad programs and services
  • Fluency in a second language (English is the primary language of communication, but proficiency in another language is an asset)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
