Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Open Enrollment Support team on a temporary-to-hire basis. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting with benefit questions, and providing accurate resolutions to our customers. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls and assisting with benefit questions in a professional and courteous manner
- Troubleshooting issues and providing accurate resolutions to customers
- Updating customer records and documenting all interactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Delivering exceptional service with patience and professionalism, even in high-pressure situations
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Customer service or call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working with senior citizens or in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of prescription drug plans and benefits
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Schedule and Duration
