The Role

As a Virtual Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time chat support to customers and responding to their inquiries in English promptly and professionally. You will handle a wide range of customer concerns, including product questions, order status, troubleshooting, and general assistance. Your attention to detail and ability to identify customer needs will be essential in resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Document and update customer interactions and resolutions in the company's support system.

Qualifications

* Fluent in written and verbal English communication.

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in virtual or chat support roles.
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset to assist and support customers professionally.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with utilizing CRM software, chat tools, or customer support systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including potential evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed.
