Senior Construction Project Manager (Remote)
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead significant construction projects from inception to completion, operating entirely remotely. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of construction methodologies, and the ability to manage complex projects entirely virtually. You will be responsible for all phases of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing contracts with vendors and subcontractors, and overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment. You will conduct regular remote site inspections and progress reviews, utilizing advanced technology and communication tools to maintain oversight and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Maintaining meticulous project documentation, including progress reports, financial statements, and change orders, is crucial. Effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and site teams, is paramount to ensure project success.
