Join Our Team as a Sales Agent at Insurance4Truckers! Location: Flexible/Remote Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Who We Are: At Insurance4Truckers, we're dedicated to supporting the trucking community with top-tier insurance solutions. Our mission is to help trucking companies find the best rates while providing expert guidance every step of the way. Your Role: As a Sales Agent, you'll be the trusted advisor our clients rely on. You'll engage with leads who are eager for guidance, focusing on building relationships and closing sales. We'll provide comprehensive training and a rewarding commission structure to help you succeed. What You'll Do:

• Dedicate 40 hours per week to the role, engaging with incoming leads and delivering personalized insurance quotes.
• Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Provide expert guidance to help clients find the perfect coverage.
• Meet and exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and dedication.

Compensation and Structure:

• This is a 100% commission-based role.
• Earn commission of 5% of the annual premium on each sale including renewals.
• The average monthly commission per agent ranges between $7,000 and $15,000- there is NO CAP.
• The position is a 1099 role, meaning you'll be an independent contractor.
• As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own tax filings, insurance benefits, and equipment.

Important Requirements:

• You will need to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license in the state you reside.
• This licensing process generally includes fingerprinting and background checks.
