CAD designer and drafter for fence components and 3d print prototypes

CAD designer and drafter for fence components and 3d print prototypes I am looking for an experienced CAD designer and drafter to create accurate, fabrication ready drawings and 3d models for 10 to 20 custom fence system parts, to start. These are components for a solar privacy fence product including posts, rails and hardware, not decorative art pieces. You will work from my CAD drawings, sketches, notes and reference photos. I need someone who communicates clearly in native level English, asks good questions and can suggest small design improvements while keeping the core concept intact. Scope of work create 3d models of 10 to 20 fence components based on my sketches and design intent produce fully dimensioned 2d technical drawings in pdf and dwg suitable for fabrication prepare 3d print ready files in stl or similar formats for fit and form prototypes of key parts iterate designs based on feedback and prototype test results organize all files with clear naming, part numbers and basic revision control. Deliverables Editable CAD source files in your main cad software such as fusion 360, solidworks or inventor 2d fabrication drawings for each part in pdf and dwg or dxf 3d printable files in stl or similar formats for designated prototype parts Simple assembly or exploded views that show how the parts fit together if feasible within budget

Requirements

Strong experience with mechanical or product cad, especially small structural or hardware parts proven experience producing fabrication ready drawings with clear dimensions, tolerances, callouts and materials experience preparing parts for 3d printing and understanding clearances, wall thickness and fit native or near native English communication, both written and spoken. Ability to work collaboratively, respond to messages promptly and share screens when needed Nice to have Experience with metal fabrication including extrusions and plates Experience with fencing, solar mounting or similar structural systems Ability to 3d print and ship physical prototypes, or at least Advise on print settings and materials Project details and budget Initial scope is 10 to 20 unique parts with potential for ongoing work as the product line evolves Engagement is hourly Please indicate your availability and a rough estimate of hours for the initial 10 to 20 parts What to include in your proposal A brief description of your experience with similar components such as hardware, racking, fencing or structural parts three portfolio examples showing technical part drawings and 3d models used for fabrication or 3d printing.
