A Day in the Life of the Life Insurance Producer In this fully remote Life Insurance Sales Producer role, your primary focus will be revenue-generating activities, building relationships, meeting with clients, closing life insurance business, and growing your book of business. Responsibilities

Include:

  • Building, managing, and expanding your own book of life insurance business
  • Prospecting, networking, and developing long-term client relationships
  • Meeting virtually with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance and financial protection needs
  • Recommending customized life insurance solutions based on client goals and financial situations
  • Closing high-quality life insurance cases with an average case size of approximately $10K
  • Maintaining compliant, ethical, and client-focused sales practices
  • Managing your sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client communications independently
  • Collaborating with leadership and support teams while maintaining autonomy in your day-to-day operations
  • Staying informed on life insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements across multiple states

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Life Insurance Producer, Life Insurance Agent, or Insurance Sales Representative
  • Active Life Insurance License required
  • Demonstrated history of successful life insurance production and commission earnings
  • Ability to realistically generate six-figure income through commission-based sales
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with self-discipline and internal motivation
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills
  • Clean ethical, compliance, and regulatory background
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote sales environment
  • Professional, client-first approach with strong cultural alignment
