Job Description
- Holistic consulting, support, and management of all HR processes along the employee life cycle for a defined group of employees
- Active participation, support, and moderation of change and transformation processes – especially in phases of organizational restructuring
- Secure action in complex change situations: providing orientation, creating clarity, and supporting managers and employees even in challenging phases
- Close cooperation with employee representatives and constructive coordination with internal HR departments
- Ensuring compliance with all HR policies and implementing new and optimizing existing HR processes
- Pragmatic support in the operational HR day-to-day business (e.g., personnel measures, labor law issues, support for managers)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in HR, business administration, social or economic sciences or comparable qualification and at least 7 years of experience as an HR business partner
- In-depth practical knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and labor constitution law
- High ability to change and cope with stress as well as the ability to remain action-oriented, solution-oriented, and clear even in uncertain or dynamic situations
- Proven consulting, communication, and assertiveness on an equal footing with managers
- Fluent German and good English skills (at least B2 level) in speech and writing
- Workday user experience is an advantage
