What You’ll Do
As a Client Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to small business clients via phone, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to help clients resolve issues and make the most of their arenaflex accounts. You will take a consultative approach to understanding client needs and delivering thoughtful, solutions-oriented guidance. You will also educate clients on arenaflex's growing suite of products to ensure they get maximum value and results. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional support to small business clients via phone, chat, and email
- Taking a consultative approach to understanding client needs and delivering thoughtful, solutions-oriented guidance
- Educating clients on arenaflex's growing suite of products to ensure they get maximum value and results
- Meeting and exceeding client experience metrics such as CSAT and conversion rates
- Collaborating with internal teams including Product, Operations, Search Quality, and Aggregation to troubleshoot and elevate the client experience
- Thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and feedback-rich environment where continuous learning is the norm
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of skills and experience. Here are some of the key qualifications we are looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or B2B client support
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal) – this is a must
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and systems
- Experience with online advertising, SEM, PPC, recruitment marketing, or staffing is a strong plus
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that values both experimentation and excellence
