What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our clients' brands. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Meeting team KPIs and performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends to provide expert advice and solutions to customers
  • Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Collaborating with developers and other departments to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer experiences
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services to provide accurate and informed support

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide informed solutions
  • Positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

While not required, experience with CRM systems and a background in crypto/finance would be a great plus in this role.
