Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with team members to support assigned customers and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operational processes and exceptional customer experiences
  • Providing backup support across all functions within the customer team to ensure continuity and minimize downtime
  • Sharing best practices and learning opportunities with peers across all Customer Experience teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Receiving customer calls and emails using a pleasant and helpful strategy, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that meet their expectations
  • Entering orders into the ERP system timely and accurately, ensuring all customer needs are met and resolved
  • Identifying customer problems and resolving them in a timely manner, either directly or through other departments, and maintaining communication with the customer throughout the process
  • Managing and executing other methods of communication and requests for delivery, such as inventory managed orders, third-party portals, customer websites, and carrier-managed services, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of service on behalf of the customer
  • Ensuring all loads entered are successfully dispatched and confirming receipt and acceptance of every load by the carrier
  • In the event a carrier declines an order or is unable to meet the delivery requirements, obtaining secondary options to ensure delivery meets the customer's expectations and escalating to other departments as needed for support and communicating status of efforts throughout to ensure all parties are aware of efforts and plans
  • Completing load confirmations and delivery confirmations daily, with no exceptions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic Excel proficiency required

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial:

  • Customer Service experience, particularly in a team environment
  • Dispatching experience, including managing and executing delivery requests
  • Team environment experience, including collaboration and communication with colleagues
